Ketamine Assisted Therapy

Fast-acting relief for emotional and physical pain

My Approach to Ketamine Assisted Therapy

If you’ve tried regular talk therapy and other healing modalities and still can’t seem to shake your depression, chronic pain, PTSD, or burnout, I invite you to consider a different approach. Ketamine is currently the only legal psychedelic medicine approved by the FDA to aid and combat emotional suffering.

Through a two-month protocol of three preparatory sessions, six guided ketamine infusion sessions, and six integration therapy sessions, you will likely experience new levels of awareness, expanded ways of looking at challenges, and true freedom from the pain and anxieties that normally keep you from feeling your best.

I’ll be there with you to guide the process and offer in-the-moment reflection on your experience, enhancing the effects of growth and healing.

What is ketamine and who is it for?

Let’s go deeper…

Ketamine is a psychoactive drug that was first developed as a medical anesthetic in the 1970s. Over the past 20 years, it has been studied and administered in sub-anesthetic doses for the immediate relief of emotional and physical pain.

It works as a mild dissociative, repairing and generating new neurotransmitters while increasing synaptic proteins and restoring optimal brain function. While its antidepressant effects occur almost immediately after one infusion, most patients see long-term benefits from the cumulative effect of multiple treatments.

In low doses, ketamine serves as an adjunct to therapy, softening the defenses and allowing deeper processing with a therapist to occur. In higher doses, the ketamine’s dissociative and psychedelic effects may allow for quieter, more internal processing, and sometimes even profound interpersonal insights and a deeper sense of meaning and interconnectedness.

Consider me a modern-day medicine woman.

Not only am I trained and certified in Psychedelic Research and Therapy—

I also profoundly believe in this method of processing and healing from trauma. My real love is deep healing, and psychedelic therapy through ketamine is one of the most powerful ways to achieve this—especially if other forms of therapy haven’t given you the results you desire.

I’ve seen this treatment protocol provide almost-immediate relief for emotional pain by calming the excitatory parts of the brain and rewiring neural networks, partnered with abundant therapeutic support.

After experiencing the ketamine infusion sessions, psychedelic integration sessions are specifically designed to help you bridge powerful experiences that may have arisen during the psychedelic experience, helping you to process, make meaning, and harvest insights that are relevant to your personal development.

This is deep work that unlocks new parts of you to allow for true healing.

“Ketamine has been helpful in releasing mental and physical trauma that I have been holding on to for 20 years. It has also helped to curb my drinking and use of prescription drugs for pain. I have recommended ketamine assisted therapy to my friends who have confided in me about their own deep depression and suicidal thoughts, because it truly dug me out of that hole.”
